Workshops and Group Programs
Small-group consult circles and nature-based gatherings for therapists, caregivers, and helping professionals — with Vanya Laporte, RCC
"In a warm and mindful space, Vanya invites us to slow down, tend to our own internal experience, and remember that we are not doing this work alone."
Alongside her individual counselling and clinical supervision practice, Vanya facilitates small-group programs for the people who hold space for others — therapists, counsellors, caregivers, parents, teachers, and helping professionals.
Some groups are experiential consult circles for clinicians working with somatic modalities, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or nature-based therapy. Others are nature-based programs designed to nourish caregivers and helping professionals in their own right. All of them are grounded in the same values that guide Vanya's individual work: mindfulness, somatic awareness, kindness, curiosity, and deep nature connection.

IFS and Nature-Based Therapy Unite!
A consult group integrating parts work with outdoor practice
This 6-session group is for therapists who want to bring Internal Family Systems (IFS) and nature-based therapy into deeper conversation — exploring how being outdoors, in relationship with the land, can deepen and transform parts work.
What's included:
- • 6 sessions of practice and case exploration
- • Integration of IFS with the wisdom of nature-based counselling
- • Reflection on how the natural world supports parts work and unburdening
Practising With Presence: A 5-week IFS Consult Circle
A collaborative space to bring clinical questions, explore stuck points, and refine your use of the IFS model.
Join a small, supportive consultation group designed for therapists who are actively integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) into their clinical work and want to deepen their confidence, skill, and relational presence. Meeting every other Monday over five sessions, this group offers a collaborative space to bring clinical questions, explore stuck points, and refine your use of the IFS model through discussion, experiential learning, and shared reflection.
Whether you're navigating challenging protector dynamics, working with vulnerable parts, or simply wanting to feel more grounded in the model, this consult group provides an opportunity to learn alongside colleagues while receiving thoughtful support and feedback.
